ABOUT ME


Hey, I’m Troy Huggins — Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach and Aussie Rules footy lover (and yes, I still lace up the boots in the local Masters Comp).


I’ve been in and around gyms for over 20 years and working in the fitness industry for more than 16 years across 25+ locations throughout Australia — with a few stops in Canada too. From starting out as a membership consultant in big box gyms to running a fair chunk of SEQ for Goodlife Health Clubs. 

I’ve seen it all… and probably trained in it too.


I’ve made all the mistakes — tried the fad diets, followed the trends, and dealt with more than my fair share of injuries. But through it all, I’ve learned what actually works all while still being able to enjoy the fun things in life. Now, I help others cut through the noise and build long-term, sustainable fitness habits that actually fit real life through accountability and education of my clients so they can enjoy great results without me there guiding them forever

And I’m not just a PT — I also coach the next generation of trainers with the National Health and Fitness Academy (NHFA), helping aspiring fitness pros build the skills and confidence to succeed in the industry.
